- Microsoft 365 Administration
Assist with user creation, licensing, password resets and MFA. Perform basic Microsoft 365 admin centre and service-health checks. Follow documented processes and maintain accurate technical records. - Email & File Migrations
Prepare migration information and user lists. Assist with Exchange Online mailbox migrations. Monitor migrations and perform pre- and post-migration checks. Assist users with Outlook, One Drive and file access. Help check file structures, permissions and synchronisation. - Microsoft Teams
Create and update Teams under guidance. Add approved members and owners and assist with access issues. - Project & Client Support
Complete assigned migration and support tasks using project plans and checklists. Maintain task updates, documentation and knowledge-base information. Communicate with users and clients regarding migration preparation and basic Microsoft 365 support. Clearly document and
- Any IT related qualifications would be beneficial Basic Microsoft 365 knowledge. General computer troubleshooting ability. Good written and verbal communication. Willingness to learn Microsoft 365 administration and migration processes. Ability to work from the company office and at client sites when required.
- The following would be beneficial, but are not essential: MS-900 or another IT qualification. Microsoft 365 self-study or lab experience. Exposure to Exchange Online, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams or Entra , desktop support, internship or learnership experience.
