Senior 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to provide high-level technical support across a wide range of infrastructure, cloud, and application technologies. This role is suited to a proactive and customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve complex technical issues using initiative and creativity.

You will work closely with internal teams, clients, VIPs, and third parties to deliver excellent service and maintain high standards in support and ticket management.

• Provide expert 3rd Line technical support for complex IT issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across cloud, infrastructure, backup, and Active Directory environments.
• Support Azure technologies including Azure AD, ASR, IAAS, PAAS, RBAC, NSG, Key Vault, Automation, Storage, App Service, and Azure SQL.
• Support server infrastructure including HP & Dell hardware, Microsoft Server OS up to 2019, VMware, Intune-related AD aspects, and server rebuilds.
• Administer and troubleshoot backup technologies including VEEAM, Azure Backup, Backup Exec, and MABS.
• Support Active Directory services including DHCP, DNS, replication, AD Sync, GPO, clustering, and DFS.
• Troubleshoot 3rd party line-of-business applications such as Coins and Agresso.
• Maintain strong ticket management standards, including client updates, correct status management, and escalation where needed.
• Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, VIPs, and third parties.

• Proven 3-5 years of experience providing 3rd Line support within the technology industry.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with the initiative to resolve challenging issues.
