Three positions available: one each in Johannesburg, Pretoria and Cape Town.
Help us empower enterprise clients with cutting-edge AI conversational agents by owning and growing key accounts. You'll be the trusted advisor ensuring client success and driving expansion.
What We're Looking For- - Proven experience in Client Success or Account Management
- - Excellent communication for translating technical concepts
- - Experience managing projects and coordinating delivery
- - Ability to work with commercial and technical stakeholders
- - Familiarity with ISO 27001 or security standards is a plus
- - Experience in SaaS or conversational AI platforms is ideal
- - Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving onboarding and growth
- - Lead client check-ins and manage project delivery
- - Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- - Ensure client satisfaction and proactive issue resolution
- - Direct impact on client success and company growth
- - Work with innovative AI technology and enterprise clients
- - Opportunity to shape client relationships and drive expansion
