Hubspot Integration Specialist

A well-established safari and hospitality group operating across Africa is seeking a technically sharp HUBSPOT INTEGRATION SPECIALIST to join their team.
This is a hybrid role for someone who can connect Hub Spot with the group's booking, finance, and guest systems, and keep the data clean and reliable for sales and reservations teams working across multiple properties.

• Previous experience in Hub Spot implementation, integration, or administration
• Proven experience building and maintaining integrations between Hub Spot and third-party systems (APIs, webhooks, or middleware tools)
• Strong working knowledge of Hub Spot CRM, workflows, custom objects, and reporting
• Solid data management skills, including migration, cleansing, and deduplication
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions
• Experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality is advantageous
• Clear communicator who can support non-technical users and train teams
• Organised, independent, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Hub Spot and other business systems
• Configure and optimise Hub Spot workflows, properties, pipelines, and custom objects
• Manage data syncs, imports, and migrations, and resolve errors promptly
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across the CRM
• Build reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and reservations teams
• Document integrations and processes clearly
• Provide user support and training across departments
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate existing processes

Hybrid working arrangement (3 days in the office)
