• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital strategy, technology leadership, or digital transformation roles, preferably within financial services.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Big Data, and mobile platforms.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong experience in change management, agile methodologies, and project portfolio management.
