Lead Project Manager - Enterprise Solutions

A prominent international tech firm is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to spearhead the deployment of enterprise-wide solutions in Cape Town, Western Cape. • Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication among project stakeholders, team members, and executive leadership.
• Oversee the procurement and management of external vendor services and solutions.
• Implement robust quality assurance and testing procedures to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed business requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct thorough project reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years in a lead or senior project management capacity.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) implementations.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, or Prince

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively for large-scale projects.
• Experience with risk management and change management processes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
