Lead Management Consultant - Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies for clients, aligning with their business objectives and market positioning.
• Lead client engagements focused on digital strategy, technology road mapping, enterprise architecture, cloud migration, and data analytics.
• Oversee the implementation of digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across client organizations.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on digital transformation, technology strategy, or enterprise IT consulting.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-disciplinary digital transformation projects from conception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of current digital technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), IoT, and Agile/Dev Ops practices.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in business case development for technology investments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience working within the Cape Town business ecosystem or similar dynamic markets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet demanding deadlines.
