MCI in Cape Town is seeking a bilingual Travel Advisor to join our onsite BPO/contact center. You will plan, book and manage travel for business and leisure travelers using the Spotnana platform, focusing on accuracy, speed and exceptional service.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in travel, fluent Spanish and English, and hands-on Spotnana experience. You will handle reservations, changes and cancellations, align with travel policies, and provide solutions in a high-volume environment.
