A leading fast-food chain in Cape Town seeks a Junior Demand Planning Analyst for their Replenishment team. This role focuses on ensuring adequate stock levels across restaurants by investigating stock issues and optimizing supplier performance. Responsibilities include conducting analyses on supply chain metrics, maintaining master data, and assisting in developing a Central Ordering system to automate replenishment across multiple stores.

A degree in BCom, Engineering, or Supply Chain is required, along with Excel competency.
