Qualifications Relevant degree/diploma e.g., BCom Logistics/Supply Chain

Experience 1–3 years in supply chain admin / inventory coordination / logistics / buying support

Knowledge Demand and supply planning, production scheduling, BOM management, stock control, MS Excel, ERP/Odoo advantage

Purpose

To execute reliable demand and supply planning activities including daily production scheduling, stock replenishment, raw material analysis, and inventory risk monitoring — ensuring stock availability, accurate master data, and smooth operational flow across the Planning and Procurement team.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Demand Planning:
  Production Scheduling & Replenishment
• Daily production scheduling of unrestricted demand
• Daily planning of set building
• Daily stock replenishment to second warehouse (Bell Park)
• Monitor stock levels of new products
• Production schedule completed daily
• Replenishment fulfilled accurately and on time
• Zero critical stock transfer errors
• Demand Planning:
  Stock Risk & KPI Monitoring
• Daily alerts on any risk to finished product stock levels§ Flag potential stock-outs and overstock early
• Daily update of demand KPI trackers
• Risk alerts raised same day
• KPI trackers updated daily without exception§ Zero undetected stock-outs on finished goods
• Supply Planning:
  Raw Material Analysis
• Weekly analysis of raw material purchasing requirements
• Daily check of items below safety stock and at risk
• Flag potential overstock / supply gaps proactively
• Weekly analysis completed on time§ Safety stock breaches escalated within 24 hours§ Zero unresolved overstock situations
• Supply Planning:
  Customs & Inbound Logistics
• Support customs clearing instructions
• Track inbound shipments and containers
• Coordinate transport collections and deliveries
• Customs documentation accuracy >=98%§
• Inbound tracking accuracy >=98%§
• On-time delivery rate >95%
• Demand & Supply:
  Master Data Management
• Master data maintenance: code and BOM creation (Demand)
• Master data maintenance: code and BOM creation (Supply)
• Daily update of supply KPI trackers

• Zero incorrect BOMs in system
• KPI trackers updated daily
• Supplier Performance & Cross-Functional Support
• Track supplier OTIF and SLA compliance
• Support resolution of supplier queries and delays
• Raise and follow up PO confirmations and deliveries
