The Supply Chain Management Graduate Program is a structured 2-year development program designed to build future Supply Chain leaders through practical exposure across the full manufacturing value chain. Candidates are appointed on a Fixed Term Contract with the view of being made permanent offers on successful completion of the program,
Participants will rotate through key operational and commercial areas of the business, developing an understanding of how planning, procurement, production, warehousing, logistics, customer service, inventory management, finance, and operational decision-making interact to create value.
The program is designed for high-potential graduates with strong analytical ability, commercial awareness, and an interest in solving complex business problems.
We welcome applications from graduates who have completed the following qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications- BCom Honours:
Supply Chain Management - BCom Honours:
Logistics Management
- Bachelor of Science:
Economics - BCom Honours:
Economics - Other quantitative, operations, logistics or supply chain related qualifications
- A minimum average of 70% across their final two years of study
- Consistent academic performance
- Completion of qualification within the prescribed minimum period

- Understanding the role of forecasting and demand planning
- Supply planning and procurement processes
- Cost, quality, service and risk trade-offs
- Inventory planning and optimisation
- Working capital management
- Warehouse operations and material flow
- Waste identification and reduction
- Production planning processes
- Capacity utilisation
- Supply-demand balancing
- Bottleneck identification and resolution
- Load planning and transport optimisation
- Distribution network performance
- Income Statement and Balance Sheet interpretation
- Budgeting and cost management
- Inventory valuation and working capital
- Understanding business profitability drivers
- Root cause analysis
- Process optimisation and performance improvement
This programme provides exposure to the full manufacturing value chain and offers graduates the opportunity to develop the practical business, operational, and leadership capability required to build a successful career in Supply Chain Management.
