Do work that helps people take charge of their health and thrive.
At Wassen International, you will join a trusted, science-led business with more than 40 years of formulation expertise, extensive published research and globally acclaimed brands. Through Wassen and Efamol, we create premium supplements manufactured to pharmaceutical-quality standards - and we give our people the opportunity to contribute, collaborate and grow as part of Nurture Brands.
We are recruiting an International Supply Chain Coordinator to execute the production plan, maintain accurate and current system information, support timeous stock receipt, and coordinate customer orders in line with service-level standards.
This is a hands-on coordination role at the centre of inventory, customer fulfilment, suppliers, third-party logistics, production planning and cross-functional collaboration.
What you will do:
- Execute production and purchase plans, capture purchase orders and jobs in Syspro, follow up backorders, and proactively communicate supply constraints.
- Maintain optimal inventory across the Wassen fulfilment centre and Amazon, support stock-to-norm and safety-stock targets, track forecast accuracy, and manage aged, excess, damaged and short-dated stock.
- Process sales orders accurately on the ERP and external warehouse systems, coordinate picking, packing, transport, invoicing, credits and customer delivery requirements.
- Support supplier sourcing and relationships, maintain current pricing information, improve service and cost performance, and organise export documentation for customs clearance.
- Translate sales and marketing inputs into supply plans and ensure inventory and distribution readiness for product launches, relaunches and promotions.
- Provide regular reporting on demand, service and inventory performance; participate in cross-functional reviews; and identify practical process and cost improvements across the supply chain.
What success looks like:
- Customer orders are processed
- Inventory is visible, current and well
- Suppliers, 3PL partners, customers accurately and delivered in full, on time, with proactive communication when risks arise
- Controlled; FIFO is followed; stock-outs, expiry and excess stock are minimised.
- Internal teams receive clear information, timely follow-up and practical solutions.
