Mama Shelter is seeking a Purchasing Manager to oversee the hotel’s buying activity, balancing quality, availability and cost while building strong supplier relationships. You’ll drive value and ensure a seamless guest experience through smart procurement decisions.
You’ll lead OS&E and F&B sourcing, monitor costs, and collaborate with Finance, Operations and stores to maintain optimal stock levels and timely deliveries, including during pre-opening phases.
