Job Introduction

IZI South Africa, a leading provider of integrated cash management solutions, is seeking a reliable Radio Controller to join our team in Cape Town. To maintain radio contact with road staff, prepare schedules and maintains a daily log of all events, road operations and client liaison.

• Monitor and control radio communications within the designated area
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient delivery schedules
• Respond to emergency calls and provide necessary assistance
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and activities
• Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate authorities

• Matric
• PSIRA Grade C with CIT Qualification
• Firearm competency for handgun with business purposes
• Driver licence
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of radio communication systems
• No credit record
• No criminal record
• May not be a registered as a director of any company / business

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Experience in logistics or transportation industry

• Understanding of radio operations and protocols
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
• Proficient in using communication equipment

• Fast-paced environment
• Shift work may be required
• Potential exposure to stressful situations and emergencies
