Senior Supply Chain Coordinator – 6 Month Contract

• Manage QVC and Amazon orders, shipments, routing, delivery appointments, and tracking
• Create and process sales orders, work orders, transfer orders, and purchase orders
• Manage supplier follow-ups, PO receiving, and billing
• Maintain accurate records and resolve Net Suite and Celigo integration issues
• Prepare daily sales and shipping reports covering open, back, hold, and shipped orders
• Support promotional tracking and MPS (Master Production Schedule) updates
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time
• Identify and resolve issues before they impact operations
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date Net Suite records
• Provide a clean handover at the end of the assignment

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, order management, logistics, or a related field
• Strong working knowledge of Net Suite – essential
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Direct experience working with QVC or a comparable TV/home-shopping retail account, including routing and delivery appointment requirements is a plus
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily deadlines
• Experience with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) is preferred
• Familiarity with Celigo is preferred
• Experience booking freight through 3PL or brokerage platforms is preferred
• Background in beauty, skincare, CPG, or another consumer goods category is preferred
• Experience coordinating directly with 3PL warehouse teams is preferred

Demonstrates expertise in supply chain coordination and order management, with a strong focus on Net Suite and Amazon Seller Central. Proven ability to manage logistics, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely delivery through effective coordination with suppliers and 3PL teams.
