leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Finished Goods Stores Supervisor to oversee warehouse and finished goods operations, ensuring efficient stock management, customer service excellence, and continuous improvement across the stores function.

• Coordinate loading activities and ensure products are dispatched in accordance with customer requirements and FIFO principles.
• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, Stock Control, or a related field advantageous.
• 3-4 years' relevant experience in a warehouse, stores, supply chain, or finished goods environment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, dispatch operations, and supply chain principles.
• Good computer literacy and administration skills.

• Manage all finished goods warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Oversee sales order administration, order picking, dispatch, and customer deliveries.
• Coordinate loading activities and ensure products are dispatched in accordance with customer requirements and FIFO principles.
• Conduct stock counts, investigate variances, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Monitor storage conditions, cold chain requirements, and warehouse layout optimisation.
• Drive compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, health, and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational and performance targets.
• Manage team performance, training, attendance, and employee relations matters.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventative actions.

• Matric qualification.
