Senior Industrial Engineer - Supply Chain

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Industrial Engineer specializing in Supply Chain optimization to join their team in Kimberley . This role is critical for enhancing the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience of the company's end-to-end supply chain operations. You will analyze complex logistics, warehouse operations, and distribution networks to identify and implement significant improvements. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in supply chain engineering principles and a passion for driving operational excellence within the strategic industrial landscape of the Northern Cape , contributing to robust and agile supply chain solutions.

• Analyze and optimize all aspects of the supply chain , including logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts and material flow strategies.
• Develop and deploy Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency within the supply chain.
• Utilize simulation and modeling tools to test and validate proposed supply chain improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain performance.

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Logistics, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience specifically within supply chain engineering or logistics optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles, logistics, and warehousing best practices.
• Proficiency in supply chain modeling software, WMS, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
