New opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations with a leading hotel based in Cape Town.

Successful candidates will be a hands-on & solutions-driven leader with a strong background in hospitality or facilities management. This role is responsible for preventative maintenance, asset management, contractor oversight, compliance, team management contributing to delivery excellence to both the guest experience & long-term property performance.

    • Requirements:

  • Not open to expats
  • Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
  • Relevant technical qualification or trade certificate advantageous
  • Good understanding of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, & general building systems
  • Good understanding of generators, solar systems, heat pumps, refrigeration systems, & IT infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of facilities machinery & maintenance equipment
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ maintenance management experience, preferably within hospitality or property management
  • Experience managing a maintenance team and external contractors
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, maintenance systems)
  • Valid driver’s licence advantageous
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards

    • Salary: R35 000
