The Rockefeller Hotel is seeking a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property. This role is responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, equipment, and guest areas are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe, functional, and exceptional environment for both guests and employees.
The successful candidate will supervise the maintenance team, coordinate preventative maintenance programmes, respond to maintenance requests, oversee contractors where required, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. A strong focus on quality, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction is essential.
