We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Airport Cleaner to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa. The Airport Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the airport, including terminals, restrooms, waiting areas, and other public spaces.

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in the airport terminals and public areas
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors
• Empty trash cans and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, such as tables, chairs, and counters
• Clean windows and glass surfaces
• Restock supplies, such as paper towels and toilet paper
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a clean and organized airport environment
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical ability to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods of time
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
