You will be responsible for implementing and executing detailed cleaning plans, utilizing specialized equipment and environmentally conscious products.

This position requires a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail, ensuring compliance with all health regulations and client expectations within the beautiful Western Cape .

• Execute comprehensive cleaning and sanitation programs for diverse commercial and industrial environments.
• Implement specialized cleaning procedures for sensitive areas, such as kitchens or healthcare facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met and maintained.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Provide guidance and training to junior cleaning staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Document cleaning activities, inspections, and any identified issues or resolutions.

• Demonstrable experience in professional cleaning or a related hygiene role.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals , disinfection methods, and sanitation best practices.
• Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning services.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
• Certification in hygiene or sanitation is highly advantageous.
