We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hospital Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Collect and dispose of waste and hazardous materials according to hospital guidelines
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels
• Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illness and infection
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas of the hospital, including floors, windows, and surfaces
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department
• Communicate with patients and staff in a professional and courteous manner
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
