• Execute detailed cleaning routines in office buildings, retail spaces, and common areas, ensuring adherence to strict hygiene protocols.
• Sanitize and replenish restrooms, paying close attention to detail and ensuring a fresh, clean appearance.
• Collect and dispose of waste and recycling materials from all designated areas, following environmental guidelines.
• Polish and clean fixtures, surfaces, and windows to maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the properties.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or supply needs observed during cleaning rounds to the operations manager.

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or a related field is advantageous.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and a range of cleaning agents.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work autonomously with minimal supervision in Cape Town.
• Good physical condition, capable of performing tasks that require standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions.
