Commercial Plumber – Maintenance & Repairs

Our client is seeking a diligent Facilities Maintenance Cleaner to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene within their premises in Cape Town
. This hybrid role offers a balance between on-site duties and flexible coordination.

• Execute routine and deep cleaning schedules for all assigned facility areas, including offices, meeting rooms, restrooms, and kitchens.
• Sanitize surfaces, floors, and fixtures using approved cleaning agents and techniques.
• Safely operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, buffers, and pressure washers.
• Manage the distribution and storage of cleaning supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Properly collect, sort, and dispose of waste and recycling materials according to established protocols.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks related to facility upkeep and cleanliness as required.

• Previous experience in a professional cleaning or janitorial role is essential.
• Proficiency in using various cleaning tools, machinery, and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety procedures, including COSHH principles.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical condition, capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting for prolonged periods.
