Composite laminator

Looking to expand our small team of multi-skilled motivated staff, producing world class super yacht equipment.

• Ensure raw materials & consumables are stored in correct manner.
• Ensure moulds are built according to DWG & on time.
• Lamination of all types (RTM, Infusion, wet lam, consolidation, close mould, etc.).
• Raw product trimming.
• Record keeping & communication – following built in quality control measures.
• Laminate drawing schedule proficiency.
• Hand tool proficiency.
• Ensure correct lamination DWG and coherence to product.
• Ensure correctowym schedule is applied and recorded.
• Ensure clean de‑mould and control checks are carried out (thickness, voids, weight).
• Ensure correct labelling and serial number allocation to product.
• Ensure correct placement of the product in oven and post-curing of the product.
• Ensure correct trimming and cleanliness for following phase.
• tau handover and acceptance from previous department.
• Ensure highlighting defects at first notice and efficient liaison with responsible department.
• Efficient feedback to the production manager, most notably any deviation.
• Cleanliness of work area and order of tools / equipment.
• Managing time efficiently & planning of department.
• Using, updating Manufacturing file and providing feedback to production manager.
• General assistance in production or whatever required by Production Manager or equivalent.
• Ensure correct product‑project allocation and timely delivery to hand over department.
• Focus on reducing wastage.

Owing to the nature of our small efficient team, EVERYONE at Hybrid will be required to move beyond their department to assist or add value in support of the bigger picture – producing world‑class equipment for the super yacht industry, competing against the best companies around the world.

• 1 year experience in a composites Medio 环境 manufacturing environment.
• 1 year experience in vacuum resin infusion moulding specifically.
• Experience in reading DWGs.
