A leading South African poultry producer is looking for a Quality Controller to ensure product quality aligns with food safety standards. The ideal candidate will maintain the HACCP programme, manage corrective actions, and monitor staff hygiene. Candidates should have at least a Grade 12 qualification, knowledge of FSSC 22000, and experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong computer skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

This position will involve shifts and overtime including weekends.
