Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring targets and deadlines are met

Lead, mentor, and motivate fabrication staff to maintain high performance

Coordinate job scheduling, material flow, and machine utilization

Monitor quality standards and compliance with production specifications

Implement and enforce safety procedures and housekeeping practices

Work collaboratively with Production Management to optimize productivity

Assist with training, performance evaluations, and problem-solving on the floor

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in metal fabrication leadership or supervisory role

Strong understanding of welding, cutting, machining, and finishing processes

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment

Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail
