This World Class Manufacturer with numerous international awards up their sleeves, are looking for a Factory Manager to take charge, guide and manage one of their manufacturing plants. This role requires proven management capabilities combined with excellent leadership qualities, as there will be leaders reporting to you. You will be responsible for Operations, Quality assurance, Continuous improvements and Cost management of the Manufacturing Plant.

Requirements:
Diploma/degree in Production Management / Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 5 Yearsâ experience in a manufacturing environment
Production Management Experience in Automotive industry will be highly advantageous
Proven Ability to manage Managers
