The Quality Controller drives food safety, quality assurance, and risk management across the Taylor Made Foods production plant in Cape Town, specializing in meat and fish processing. This position guarantees strict compliance with local and international food safety standards, regulatory frameworks, and internal policies. Beyond maintaining standards, the Quality Controller actively mitigates operational risks, elevates product integrity, and fosters a robust food safety and occupational health culture across all production teams.
