Production Technician

Job Title:

Production Technician

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive work environment
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies and materials
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Complete production reports and maintain accurate records of production data
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment
• Knowledge of production processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
