Production Operative

Our client is seeking dedicated and diligent Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team in Upington . This role is fundamental to the successful operation of our production lines, requiring individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality goods. You will be responsible for operating machinery, performing assembly tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency and output of the production process.

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform assembly tasks and quality checks on products during the production process.
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to good housekeeping standards.
• Report any machinery malfunctions or quality issues to the shift supervisor promptly.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

• Previous experience as a Production Operative or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and operate machinery safely and efficiently.
