We build events we’d actually want to attend: great sport, great music, great people, and proper gees. From Cape Town to Jozi and beyond, our events bring together communities, brands, and fans in a completely unique space.

We’re a small, passionate, hands‑on team and we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our event marketing and strategic ticket sales across our events, brands, and clients.

This role is all about building out‑of‑the‑box campaigns that sell tickets, grow our audience, and keep our events full.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan and execute strategic event marketing plans & budgets
  • Lead ticket sales campaigns and drive revenue
  • Manage all social media (Internal brands + clients)
  • Build and manage content calendars
  • Create high‑performing content (posts, reels, videos)
  • Manage paid advertising
  • Plan and manage influencer campaigns
  • Manage media teams for events
  • Lead on‑site content creation
  • Track performance and optimise campaigns
  • Manage our Whats App Communities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
  • You genuinely love sport and live events
  • You are a strategic thinker with a commercial mindset
  • You’re comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment
  • You’re highly organised and self‑driven
  • You can manage multiple campaigns at once
  • You’re hands‑on and willing to get involved beyond your core role
  • You understand and connect with the 10s Series brand and audience
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in marketing, digital, or events (non‑negotiable)
  • Proven experience running ticket sales or performance campaigns
  • Strong social media and content background
  • Experience managing multiple brands or projects
