Enrolled Nurse

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant Enrolled Nurse qualification.
• Current registration with SANC.
• Previous nursing experience, preferably within a private healthcare environment.
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable and compassionate approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Computer literate.

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients.
• Monitor patients and report any changes in their condition.
• Administer medication and treatments in accordance with professional scope and facility protocols.
• Assist with clinical procedures and patient assessments.
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Assist with the implementation of patient care plans.
• Liaise effectively with doctors, patients, families and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain strict infection prevention and control standards.
• Ensure patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, safe and professional clinical environment.
• Comply with all relevant nursing legislation, policies and procedures.
