Professional Nurse Clinical Care Coordinator

A leading private healthcare practice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Professional Nurse / Clinical Care Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing and patient care.
- Perform venepuncture, IV cannulation and specimen collection.
- Administer IV, IM and SC treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors with clinical procedures.
- Monitor patients and record vital signs.
- Conduct basic health assessments and point-of-care testing.
- Educate patients on treatment, medication and lifestyle recommendations.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure infection-control standards.
- Assist with the coordination of patient care and clinical appointments.
- Registered Professional Nurse with current SANC registration.
- Valid BLS certificate.
- Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience.
- Strong venepuncture and IV cannulation skills.
- Good computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Professional, compassionate and patient-centred approach.
