Concentrix Cape Town is seeking a Quality Manager to lead, develop and manage the quality process and framework alongside operations to deliver a consistent quality model.
You’ll drive improvement in quality performance via team coaching, insight outputs and collaboration with the Operational Team to meet KPIs and uphold high standards.
This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical skills and experience with quality frameworks and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
