Quality Control Inspector - Food Production

• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform quality tests and analyze results, documenting any deviations from standards.
• Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken.
• Ensure adherence to HACCP and other relevant food safety regulations.
• Participate in internal audits and assist with external regulatory inspections.

• Previous experience as a Quality Control Inspector , preferably in the food industry.
• Strong understanding of food safety principles, including HACCP and GMP.
• Excellent observational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic laboratory tests and interpret results.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• A relevant qualification in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline is preferred.
