• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and plans for automotive products.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of quality assurance engineers and inspectors.
• Establish and monitor key quality metrics and performance indicators.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee product testing, inspection, and validation processes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with relevant automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns.
• Manage quality documentation, including test reports, audit findings, and non-conformance records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits.

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality assurance within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing QA teams.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive quality standards, tools, and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC).
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a demanding manufacturing environment.
