- Lead and mentor a team of AI researchers, fostering a collaborative and innovative research environment.

- Develop and prototype new AI algorithms, models, and systems, rigorously evaluating their performance and potential.

- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends in AI and machine learning.
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI research, with a proven track record of impactful publications.
- Demonstrated experience in leading research teams and managing complex R&D projects.
- Expertise in one or more specialized areas of AI, such as computer vision , NLP, or robotics.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, and familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
