• Design, execute, and interpret complex experiments related to drug discovery and development.

• Ph.D. or Master's degree in Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, Biology, or a related life science discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of post-doctoral or industry research experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector .
• Proven expertise in relevant scientific techniques and methodologies (e.g., cell culture, molecular biology, assay development, synthetic chemistry).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of scientific achievement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex scientific data effectively.
