Job Title: Display & Merchandise Coordinator - Luxury Interior/Decor Finisher

Location: Gardens – Cape Town

Salary: +/- R15 000.CTC. Neg + Benefit’s

Requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, Previous exp in luxury or retail preferred.
• Experience in stock control, merchandising, or visual merchandising is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  Exhibit a proactive, reliable, and polished professional demeanor, driven by a passion for the brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Collaboration & Communication:
  Work seamlessly with all teams, proactively communicating stock and visual merchandising needs to support operations, events, and peak periods.

  Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills, efficient time management, teamwork, and basic inventory knowledge with the physical capability for stock handling

MAIN DUTIES:

Store Presentation & Visual Standards

• Ensure impeccable store presentation by maintaining all visual standards, executing merchandising updates, and proactively optimizing product displays and floor layout.

Stock Management & Replenishment

• Manage end-to-end stock processes, ensuring meticulous receiving, replenishment, organization, inventory accuracy, and compliance with all transfer, damage prevention, and packaging procedures.

Operational Excellence:

• Execute all operational procedures, maintain immaculate store and stockroom conditions, and uphold safety and company policies.
