ALDO Canal Walk is looking for a confident and driven Sales Supervisor to help lead our team!
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving KPIs
- Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer service
- Supervise, motivate and guide the team
- Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties
- Strong sales ability and customer-service mindset
- Energetic, confident, and able to motivate a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
