You’ll be responsible for delivering territory sales targets, developing Beauty Coaches, and ensuring exceptional brand execution across counters, activations and events.

What you’ll be doing

Sales & Territory Performance
  • Own and deliver monthly and annual sell-out targets across your area
  • Plan call cycles and store coverage using CRM tools (e.g. Skynamo or similar)
  • Analyse sales data, identify opportunities and implement corrective action
  • Drive merchandising excellence, in-store visibility and second point-of-sale
  • People Leadership
  • Lead, coach and motivate Beauty Coaches across multiple retail doors
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
  • Build confident, engaged teams that consistently hit KPIs
  • Brand, Marketing & Events
  • Execute marketing campaigns, product launches and in-store activations
  • Coordinate events, pop-ups and demonstrations to drive footfall and conversion
  • Track event ROI and feed insights back into territory planning
  • Retail & Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with retail partners and store management
  • Collaborate with internal teams across Marketing, Trade, Supply Chain and Analytics
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends within your territory
  • Operational & Financial Control
  • Manage stock, returns, merchandising standards and visual compliance
  • Control territory expenses (travel, events, cell, etc.) within budget
  • What we’re looking for
  • 5–8 years’ experience in retail sales, with at least 3 years in a people management role
  • Strong background in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or premium retail
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver against sales targets
  • Confident working with sales data, reporting and CRM tools
  • Hands-on, energetic leadership style — visible in-store and highly engaging
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly
  • Qualifications
  • Matric essential
  • Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing or similar (advantageous)
