You will lead your team, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence while delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

• Lead and manage daily Boutique operations
• Drive sales growth and maximise store profitability
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and loss prevention
• Manage cash reconciliation and store administration
• Develop and grow Corporate Sales opportunities
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and product safety
• Submit monthly reports to Head Office

• Identify and implement local marketing initiatives
• Support national marketing campaigns
• Ensure compliance with pricing and merchandising standards
• Maintain premium in-store presentation

• 2–4 years’ retail management experience
• Tertiary qualification preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in premium retail advantageous
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales-driven and commercially minded
• Strong organisational and multitasking ability
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
• Proactive, outgoing, detail-oriented
