Position PurposeTo uphold the integrity and promote the image of a world-class premium brand by managing the day-to-day operations of a Retail Boutique.
You will work closely with your team and Head Office stakeholders to drive growth, elevate customer experience, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily Boutique operations
- Store Operations
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service
- Monitor and drive daily sales performance and profitability
- Manage inventory, ordering, and loss prevention
- Handle cash reconciliation, reporting, and store administration
- Develop and grow Corporate Sales opportunities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and product safety
- Open and close the Boutique according to operational requirements
- Submit monthly reports to Head Office
- Identify and implement local marketing initiatives
- Support national marketing campaigns
- Ensure compliance with pricing and merchandising standards
- Maintain premium in-store presentation aligned to brand guidelines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sales-driven with the ability to build and grow business
- Experience in merchandising premium products
- Excellent customer service and selling ability
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable using social media platforms

Requirements- 2–4 years’ retail management experience
- Tertiary qualification preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience in a premium retail environment advantageous
