We are seeking a polished, sales-driven and detail-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead our high-end jewellery boutique. This role requires a hands‑on individual who thrives in luxury retail, delivers exceptional customer service, drives sales performance, and ensures seamless day‑to‑day store operations.
The successful candidate will act as both a senior sales consultant and operational leader, maintaining the highest standards of client experience, store presentation, and administrative excellence.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Experience- Drive and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Provide personalised, high‑end customer service and styling advice
- Sell jewellery collections, bespoke pieces, and special orders
- Assist clients with jewellery repairs and custom design orders
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
- Follow up on quotations, special orders, and repair collections
- Handle customer account queries professionally and efficiently
- Conduct monthly full stock counts and ensure accurate inventory control
- Manage weekly receipt of stock and order parcels from Head Office
- Reconcile deliveries against invoices and report discrepancies
- Enter all sales, orders, repairs, and client information into the PoS system accurately
- Maintain organised documentation for orders, repairs, and accounts
- Oversee staff shift scheduling and daily task allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and presentation standards
- Style displays to reflect brand image and luxury positioning
- Ensure stock is attractively and securely displayed
- Refresh merchandising layouts in alignment with promotions or seasonal collections
- Lead by example in sales performance and customer service
- Support, guide and motivate team members
- Organise staff shifts and ensure adequate floor coverage
- Provide feedback and assist with training when required
- 3‑5 years’ experience in luxury retail, preferably jewellery
- Proven sales track record in a high‑end retail environment
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
Experience working with PoS systems and stock control processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
