Retail Store Manager; Somerset West

Our client is looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead and grow a busy retail store. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, sales-driven, and confident in managing a team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)

• 2–3 years’ experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

• Strong leadership skills

• Sales and target-driven mindset

• Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations

• Lead and motivate the team

• Drive sales and achieve targets

• Manage stock and reduce shrinkage

• Ensure excellent customer service

• Handle staff scheduling and performance
