Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

STORE MANAGER/WYNBERG - Our client is seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Wynberg store. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, and ensuring the store operates efficiently while maintaining company standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12).

• NQF Level 5 or Level 6 Certificate/Diploma in Retail Management, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Valid Code 8 Driver's Licence (unendorsed).

• 2–5 years' experience in a retail, sales, or operations environment in an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager position.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Sound computer literacy and administrative abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales and operational targets.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
