The role involves working with the public and may include weekends and shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with queries and locating products
- Provide friendly, helpful service to customers
- Operate the till and process payments accurately
- Help with stock takes, deliveries and pricing
- Maintain a clean and tidy store or work area
- Pack shelves, merchandise stock and keep displays neat
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability
- Retail or customer-service experience (advantageous)
- Grade 12 / Matric (or working towards it)
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Reliability and a willingness to learn
- The ability to work weekends, shifts and during busy periods.
