The Retail Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, sales performance, inventory management, customer service standards, workforce planning, and profitability initiatives. The successful candidate will lead retail teams, ensure operational excellence, and contribute to long-term business growth.

• Manage overall retail store operations and business performance.
• Develop and implement sales growth strategies.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Retail management certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Leadership and operational management training preferred.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in retail management or store operations.
• Proven experience leading high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and retail analytics.
• Experience managing sales targets and operational budgets.
• Exposure to large-scale retail environments is preferred.
