Our client is a leading and fast-growing brand within the hair and beauty industry, seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manage
r to oversee the daily operations of a busy retail store.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident retail professional who is passionate about customer service, sales, people management and achieving commercial targets.

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Diploma or qualification in Retail Management, Business Management or a related field is advantageous.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a Store Manager or similar retail management position.
• Previous experience within hair, beauty, cosmetics, fashion or another premium retail environmen
  t will be advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
• Strong people-management and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of stock control and retail operations.
• Computer literate with experience using POS and retail management system
  s.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive store profitability.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
